Jesuit Leadership Development Program
With the initiative of the President, Fr. Bienvenido Nebres, SJ, the Office for Mission, Identity, and Organizational Development (OMIOD) was commissioned to manage the planning and implementation of a program that would respond to the pressing concern of having a systematic preparation for future Jesuit leaders. This entails providing them with the skills and resources needed for educational administration and for key leadership positions that they would eventually assume.
Rizal Library Leadership Development Program
In response to the requests of the Rizal Library Director, Mrs. Lourdes David, OMIOD engaged a consultant to undertake a comprehensive program of organizational development/culture-building program that aimed to transform the unit from good to great.
After a quick organizational scan in October 2005, the Rizal Library embarked on a program that involved leadership development, spirituality programs and organizational development/culture building efforts.
Loyola Schools Leadership Development Program
This leadership development program was organized for department chairs and administrative officers of Loyola Schools to (1) further enhance competencies of existing leaders, (2) to better equip potential leaders in both administrative and management functions and (3) to ascertain a pool of candidates ready to take on leadership roles within the university.
